    If after using Mypurmist for at least 30 days and no more than 60 days, you are not 100% satisfied with your mypurmist device, we will refund the full product price, and provide a return label for you to ship it back to us at no cost to you.

    Simply email us at care@mypurmist.com and we will set you up for a return and provide an RA number in 1-2 business days.

    Triple Guarantee ONLY applies to purchases made directly through Mypurmist.com and for any mypurmist device. 

    Please note that we do not accept the return of or offer refunds for:

    • Products purchased from a third party retailer (store or online). Immediate refund may be available by returning your product to the original place of purchase. Return Policy of that particular retailer will apply.
    • Any accessories that have been opened.
    • Mypurmist devices purchased more than 60 days prior unless specific specials extended this period.
    • Products returned without a valid itemized receipt.
    • Shipping charges or return labels for accessories.

    Shipping policy

    Our aim is to ship within 1 business days from date of order

    • Standard (ground) shipping is via USPS parcel or UPS ground will typically take 5-10 business days from date of order, depending on your location. Shipping to P.O. Boxes may take longer.
    • Orders placed prior to 1 PM EST business days will be shipped same day. Orders after 1 PM EST, weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
    • If you choose expedited shipping, your order will arrive in 1-2 business days from the day it is shipped from our warehouse, depending on the service you choose and whether your order is placed before or after 1 PM EST.

    Shipping will be quoted in your cart and price will depend on service chosen and location of delivery. You can choose from among USPS International, UPS and DHL  varying options for each. We will generally get back to you in 1 business day.

    NOTE: Any additional charges (customs, fees, other) required to receive the product(s) in any specific international shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
